We collect your email address for authentication and communication purposes. When you acquire a picsel, we store your name, country, selected artwork fragment coordinates, and transaction details.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your email is used for magic link authentication and to send postcards upon purchase. Your name and country are displayed on the canvas and associated postcard as part of the collaborative artwork.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted in the EU). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Cookies
We use localStorage for authentication session tokens. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at office@picselmanifesto.com. Under GDPR, you may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained for the duration of the PICSEL project. Picsel acquisition records are permanent as they form part of the collective artwork. You may request deletion of your email and personal identifiers.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication (magic links), and database-level security policies.
